If don't lets make it in a simple easy step
You can make your blog at blogging directories like blogger.com, wordpress.com, blogsome.com and alot of the other, you can search in google and will find a lot of site that offer a place for free blogging.
For me I just use blogger/blogspot platform to make a blog, but you can choose the other platform to write on it. But for now I just will show a step to make a blog in blogger platform.
1. You must go to blogger.com and then you will find this site offer you to make ablog in three easy step for free.
2. just click on the link to make a blog in three steps, follow these steps and then if you success you will be redirected to your blog control panel
3. From now you can start to write your post, or modify the appereance of your blog, adding new themes and the other
4. Let's make a topic for your blog, you can write anything but is better if you specified your main topic so you can get special guest for your blog
5. And then you need to add your blog to search engine, if you use blogger it is very easy to do that. Just go to google webmaster tools.
6. First thing you need to verify your blog, choose to verify to add a meta tag on your blog, add the meta tag on head sections of your blog, and then click verify, if you do right you will see the confirmation that your blog is verifyed.
7. Next you need to add a sitemap, for blogger user you can use atom.xml, just give this url if you ask about sitemap : yourblog.blogspot.com/atom.xml
8. For this time what do you need to do is waiting for the google bot indexing your page and then your blog will show in search engine
9. To make your blog more discoverable, you can add your blog to a lot of blog directory like technorati, mybloglog, blogcatalog and the other.
10. Learn to write your own article, is better to write your article in english than your local language
11. Update your blog as often as you can
